Inclusion Criteria
Patients presenting with mediastinal lymphadenitis along with myocardial inflammation/scar and one of the following :
1-Sustained or non sustained ventricular tachycardia
2-Bifasicular block or higher degree conduction abnormalities
Exclusion Criteria
1-The presence of one of the following, if in the judgment of the clinician is responsible for the arrhythmia
2-Structural heart disease
3-Valvular heart disease
4-Significant coronary artery disease
5-Metabolic and/ or electrolyte abnormalities known to cause cardiac arrhythmias
6-Long QT syndrome
