Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients of age 18-60 years.
2)Winters classification of mandibular impacted third molar: mesioangular, distoangular, vertical and horizontal.
3)Pell and Gregory classification: All mandibular impacted third molars excluding Class 1 and Position A
Exclusion Criteria
1) Medically compromised patients.
2)Patients on preoperative analgesic or anti-inflammatory medication
3) Pell and Gregory Class 1 and Position A
