1. Patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 on the day one of admission before administration of any routine treatment.
2. Patientsâ?? age should be 18 years and above at the time of enrollment, considering he/she can provide informed legal consent.
3. Patients presented with mild to moderate COVID-19 illness.
4. Patients presented to the hospital within 10 days of symptom onset.
1. Patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 admitted in the hospital for more than one day and on routine treatment for COVID-19.
2. Any patient who has severe illness debilitating the patient to provide consent as well as adopt the study procedure.
3. Patients less than 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
4. Patients already using oral/intra-nasal antiseptic.
5. Any patient with known thyroid disorders.
6. Pregnant and lactating women.
7. Patients who disagree to consent.
