(1)Long-term regular Tai Chi exercise group:
? Gender is not limited, and the age range from 60 to 75 years old;
? At least 6 years of education;
? Long-term regular Tai Chi exercise for at least 6 years, 3 time per week, and more than 30min each time;
? Right-handed;
? Normal cognitive function (MoCA scale score = 26 points);
? Subjects are informed and volunteer to sign informed consent.
(2)Long-term no exercise group:
?Gender is not limited, the age range from 60 to 75 years old, and the proportion matches the age, gender and education level of the long-term regular Tai Chi group;
? At least 6 years of education;
? At least 6 years of irregular physical exercise (such as traditional sports, jogging, yoga, meditation, brisk walking, etc.), exercise < 3 times a week, and each session < 30 minutes;
? Right-handed;
? Normal cognitive function (MoCA scale score = 26 points);
? Subjects are informed and volunteer to sign informed consent.
? Have neurological diseases (such as stroke, Parkinson's, epilepsy or dementia), history of mental illness, history of traumatic brain injury, history of brain mass, etc.;
? Those with uncontrollable hypertension (systolic blood pressure =160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure =100mmHg after taking the drug), and those with diabetes mellitus (HbA1c>8%);
? Are taking or have taken drugs that affect the nervous system or psychosis within 2 weeks
? Depressed patients, the geriatric depression scale> 5 points;
? Patients with implanted metal substances (such as metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.), space claustrophobia and other patients who are not suitable for MRI;
? Those who have visual/hearing impairment or writing/reading impairment that cannot cooperate to complete the assessment;
? Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this research.
