Inclusion Criteria
Back pain with or with out leg pain more than 4 weeks; Age 18-60 years old;Weight < 120 kg
Exclusion criteria: Back pain < 4 weeks; Other causes of back pain such as infectious, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture, severe diskopathy, spondyolisthesis or spondylolysis,...; Disability in sitting on hippotherapy simulator because of any reason such as fear, sever balance disorder and ...; History of surgical treatment in spine region; Weight > 120 kg; Age <18 and age> 60; Severe osteoporosis; Coccydynia; Pregnancy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: Pain will be measured at beginning of the study and end of study. Also, pain will be measured at three different times by patients during research at home. Method of measurement: VAS.;Disability. Timepoint: At beginning of the study and end of study. Method of measurement: Roland-Morris Disability Queastionnaire.

Name Time Method Range of motion of spinal column. Timepoint: At beginnig of study and end of study. Method of measurement: Schober test.
