Inclusion Criteria
1. Individuals with acute post stroke (Brain stem and Non Brain stem lesions)
2. Adults in the age range of 41-60 years (Eriksonâ??s stages of psychosocial development, 1968).
3. Individuals who are on tube dependent for feed
Exclusion Criteria
1. Tracheostomy/ Ventilator/ GCS less than 8
2. Neurodegenerative disorder, Gastrointestinal disorders
3. Unable to follow instructions (Aphasia/ Cognitive problems/ Hearing loss)
