- •1.ASA grades I or II
- •2.Either gender
- •3.Adult patients aged > 18 years and < 60 years
- •4.Scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to give consent
- •2.Patients allergic to clonidine
- •3.Patient with concomitant use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants or opioids
- •4.Pregnant females
- •5.Patients who are chronic hypotensive.
