- •ASA I and II patients
- •Age between 18 and 65 years
- •patient scheduled for elective surgeries under general anesthesia
- •patient who given written informed consent
排除标准
- •ASA III and above patients
- •Patients with baseline heart rate less than 60 beats per minute
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients on psychiatric medication
- •Patients with known allergy for clonidine and pregabalin
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study
