Glaucomatous patients and control subjects except
under exclusion criteria
1. Unclear ocular media
2. High myopia( >4 Dioptre)
3. High hyperopia( >4 Dioptre)
4. Patient having anterior segment pathology
5. Patient having any kind of posterior segment chorioretinal degeneration and chorioretinopathy
6. Any active infection in eye
7. Corneal scar
8. Nystagmus
9. Recent trauma to eye
10. Uveitis
11. Uncooperative Patients
12. Allergic to sulfa drugs
13. Age less than 15
14. Subjects with hepatic and renal disease
