•Patients with tetraplegia (Asia grade C)
•Motor level C6 â?? T1
•Hand grip- at least tenodesis grasp
•Independent premorbid mobility
•Age group 15 â?? 50 years
•Both sexes
•People managed either surgically or conservatively after their immobilization phase
•Independent sitting balance
•At least 1 hour of standing endurance in standing frame
•Associated multiple injuries
•Symptomatic Orthostatic hypotension
•MAS for lower limb more than 2
•Subjects with spine stabilizing device who are noted as contraindicated by the treating surgeon for BWS.
•Any other major medical complications (heterotrophic ossification, pressure sore grade 3 & more)
