Inclusion Criteria

1.ASA PS I & II

2. Weight between

3. 30 kg to 70 kg

4. Surgeries where LMA can be used.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Unwilling patients

2. ASA III & IV

3. Allergy to propofol

4. Oral surgeries

5. Heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes in a day)

6. Upper respiratory tract infection

7. Emergency surgeries.

8. Conditions where LMA insertion could not be done after four attempts.
