Healthy children with Frankelâ??s behaviour rating 3 (positive) or 4 (definitely positive) and without previous experience of local anaesthesia.
Children having vital maxillary primary molars with developmental defects, or carious lesions involving multiple surfaces or fracture cases indicated for stainless steel crown.
Parents and children willing to participate in the study.
Children with special health care needs.
Patients with underlying medical history.
Patients with a known history of allergy to any drugs.
