Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy children with Frankelâ??s behaviour rating 3 (positive) or 4 (definitely positive) and without previous experience of local anaesthesia.
- •Children having vital maxillary primary molars with developmental defects, or carious lesions involving multiple surfaces or fracture cases indicated for stainless steel crown.
- •Parents and children willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children with special health care needs.
- •Patients with underlying medical history.
- •Patients with a known history of allergy to any drugs.
