Inclusion Criteria

1) Age 18 years old or more
2) Can use Line Official Account application
3) PHQ-9 score at least 9 or GAD-7 score at least 10

Exclusion Criteria

1) daily practiced mindfulness for a year
2) receiving psychotherapy
3) began psychiatric disorder treatment in the last three months
4) started psychotropic medications or adjusted the dose in the last three months.
