Inclusion Criteria

1. Male or female
2. Age 60-80 years
3. Living in Mueang district, Chonburi province, Thailand
4. Having systolic blood pressure 120-139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure 80-89 mmHg
5. Irregular physical exercise (<3 times/week)

Exclusion Criteria

1. Being obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, or thyroid disease that may affect cardiac autonomic function
2. Being liver disease or kidney disease that impair substance excretion
3. Regular smoking or alcohol drinking
4. Allergy to riceberry rice or cannot consumption of riceberry rice
