1. Patients with obstructive airway disease, diagnosed based on pulmonary function test (FEV1/FVC less than 0.70).
2. Self reported complaint of dyspnea.
3. Patient willing to give written consent.
1. Patient doing any form of exercise.
2. Patients under long term oxygen therapy.
3. Currently smoking.
4. Patients with restrictive lung condition, history of exercise induced exacerbation of asthma, bronchiectasis due to cystic
fibrosis.
5. Stage 3 (Severe COPD) i.e FEV1 between 30% - 50%
and Stage 4 (Very Severe COPD) i.e less than 30% based on GOLD classification.
6. Patients with any cardiaovascular diseases.
7. Lower limb disability/injury.
8. Neurological injury/ disease, or any vestibular problems.
9. Major vision/ auditory problem.
10. Uncooperative patient.
