No acute danger to self or others, main diagnosis according to ICD F00-F99 - Mental and behavioral disorders, no prompt (<= 3 weeks) qualified psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment received to date, capacity to consent given, no severe organic brain diseases with cognitive deficits, no intellectual disability, sufficient language skills for an interview in German, sufficient modern digital hardware (smartphone) available, basic knowledge of how to operate a smartphone available, reached the minimum age of 18 years.
Acute danger to self or others, diagnoses outside the ICD-10 F00-F69, F80-F99, participants have received qualified psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment within the last 3 weeks, inability to give consent, severe organic brain diseases with cognitive deficits, intellectual disability, insufficient language skills for an interview in German, no sufficient modern digital hardware (smartphone) available, no basic knowledge of how to operate a smartphone available, minimum age of 18 years not reached.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1) Digital health literacy (DHLI and eHeals):<br>Measured using the eHealth Literacy Scale (eHeals) and the Digital Health Literacy Index (DHLI) to record digital health literacy.<br>Time points: Before the start of the intervention (T0) and after completion of the 12-week intervention (T1).<br>Measurement method: Use of the validated eHeals and DHLI questionnaires to assess participants' digital health literacy.<br><br>2. Acceptance and expectations towards digital navigators:<br>Assessment of acceptance and expectations of healthcare professionals and patients towards digital navigators*. <br>Time point: Before the start of the intervention (baseline).<br>Measurement method: Semi-structured interviews and focus groups will be conducted with healthcare professionals and patients to capture their views and expectations towards digital health applications and digital navigators.
