Inclusion Criteria
Apparently healthy elderly individuals willing to participate and with well controlled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension who can walk independently and carry out their
daily activities
Exclusion Criteria
Elderly individuals with any musculoskeletal condition in upper limb or lower limb,
neurological or psychiatric conditions or those who underwent any surgery within 6 months
