入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients who are above 18 years and below 50 years of age, patients who are mobile, and patients who are consenting to participate in the study.
- •2) Patients with denovo (newly diagnosed) with Migraine and presenting with headache.
排除标准
- •1)Patients who are below 18 years and above 50 years of age, patients who are mobile, and patients who are consenting to participate in the study.
- •2)Patients who have conditions or co-morbidities like Myocardial Infarction, cardiac failure, Resistant Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Kidney Failure- On Hemodialysis, Sepsis, and Temporomandibular Joint disorders because these conditions increase serum CGRP levels.
- •3)Patients having conditions which mimic Migraine like Intracranial Aneurysms, Space Occupying Lesion, Pituitary Adenomas, Exertional Headache, Crash Migraine and Cerebral Venous Thrombosis.
- •4)Pregnant or postmenopausal women were not included in the study as research has suggested that these conditions effect serum CGRP levels.
