1. Aged > 18 years and < 65 years;
2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) female patients with physical status I or II completed the sleeve gastric surgery for the first time under general anesthesia from May 2021 to October 2021;
3. BMI >= 27.5.
1. Contraindications of pressing beans at auricular points, such as rash or local infection in the skin area stimulated by acupuncture points;
2. History of chemotherapy within 4 weeks or history of radiotherapy within 8 weeks;
3. Nausea and vomiting occurred 24 hours before the operation;
4. Have used hormones within 1 week;
5. Gastroesophageal reflux disease;
6. Abnormal liver and kidney function;
7. Those who cannot complete the research for other reasons;
8. Those who regained weight after weight loss and metabolic surgery.
