Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Age between 18 \* 30 years
- •\- Willing and able to adhere to a protein restricted diet for 3 x 4 days
- •\- Be able to fast overnight
- •\- Be able to consume a 500 ml test drink within 5 minutes
- •\- Be able to fast for 5\.5 hours
- •\- Body mass index between 20 and 25 kg/m2
- •\- Be able to understand the Dutch language and give written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Disease and/or being medically treated (e.g. diabetes mellitus)
- •\- Milk (protein) allergy or intolerance
- •\- Drug use
- •\- Alcoholism, and no alcohol during the 4\-day diets
- •\- Waist circumference \*102 cm
- •\- Vegetarian
