Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- Age between 18 \* 30 years
  • •\- Willing and able to adhere to a protein restricted diet for 3 x 4 days
  • •\- Be able to fast overnight
  • •\- Be able to consume a 500 ml test drink within 5 minutes
  • •\- Be able to fast for 5\.5 hours
  • •\- Body mass index between 20 and 25 kg/m2
  • •\- Be able to understand the Dutch language and give written consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Disease and/or being medically treated (e.g. diabetes mellitus)
  • •\- Milk (protein) allergy or intolerance
  • •\- Drug use
  • •\- Alcoholism, and no alcohol during the 4\-day diets
  • •\- Waist circumference \*102 cm
  • •\- Vegetarian
