Crush injury , mangled extremity, traumatic amputation , infected open wound , open fractures with distal Neuro vasculardeficits
Exclusion Criteria
Bilateral amputations , pregnant patients , head injury , cases shifted to icu, coagulation abnormality , diabetic foot , malignancy
