- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcome is health literacy measured by questionnaire of Lennartz (2011). Health literacy will be measured before and after the training program.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Sport-medical outcomes:<br><br>a) Measurement of physical activity via Actigraph and questionnaires (measured by the Freiburger questionnaire of physical activity): before and after the training program<br><br>b) Sport-medical -Check-UP (body composition): before the training program<br><br>Cost-effectiveness: <br><br>Estimationg of the cost-effectiveness before and after the training program (measured by the HPQ). <br><br>Bio-Medical measures:<br><br>Measurement of cortisol level and questionnaire to perceived stress (measured by the PSS and the MIKE): before and after the training program
