Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Surgically Inoperable upper/ middle/ lower thoracic oesophageal carcinoma
- •2\.Histopathologically proven squamous cell / adenocarcinoma of esophagus
- •3\.KPS \>70
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Prior history of irradiation to the chest.
- •2\.KPS \< 70
- •3\.Prior history of cardiovascular disease that might interfere with the present study, like ischemic heart disease / rheumatic heart disease / cardiomyopathy etc.
- •4\.Uncontrolled co\-morbidities like diabetes and hypertension
- •5\.Those not suitable for chemoradiation
