Inclusion Criteria

1) Blood pressure is systolic blood pressure less than 139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg (normally high blood pressure).
2) Body temperature is 36-37
3) The pulse rate is 65-85 beats / minute.
4) The level of consciousness is clear
5) Those who do not have metabolic diseases such as diabetes
6) No oil is applied to the measurement site.
7) Get enough sleep
8) No subjective symptoms of dry mouth
9) Being able to maintain normal good physical condition

Exclusion Criteria

1) Those who take oral medicine on a daily
2) Those who have difficulty in taking the same position
3) Those who develop mental symptoms due to tension
4) Others who the researcher deems inappropriate
