Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Players who practice regularly for 2 – 5 years
  • •2\.Players who suffered chronic shoulder pain/ injury like Shoulder impingement, Anterior instability, Rotator cuff injury, tendinitis, GIRD
  • •3\.Injury occurred during play or practice of sports

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Acute shoulder injury
  • •2\.Scapular dyskinesia due to nerve injury
  • •3\.Players who have undergone specific training
  • •4\.Any surgical intervention of shoulder or chest
  • •5\.Pulmonary conditions like asthma, COPD
