Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Players who practice regularly for 2 – 5 years
- •2\.Players who suffered chronic shoulder pain/ injury like Shoulder impingement, Anterior instability, Rotator cuff injury, tendinitis, GIRD
- •3\.Injury occurred during play or practice of sports
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Acute shoulder injury
- •2\.Scapular dyskinesia due to nerve injury
- •3\.Players who have undergone specific training
- •4\.Any surgical intervention of shoulder or chest
- •5\.Pulmonary conditions like asthma, COPD
