Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing curative radiotherapy on the day of audit at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients that have finished the entire course of External Beam Radiotherapy (EBRT).
2) Patients receiving palliative intent treatment.
3) Patients treated with Brachytherapy alone.
4) Patients whose RT chart will not be available at the time of audit
