Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Clinically diagnosed with MCA infarct,
- •First, ever unilateral stroke either right or left,
- •Stage 2 or 3 according to Brunnstrom Stages of Stroke Recovery,
- •Spasticity of at least 1+ or > on the Modified Ashworth Scale,
- •Able to understand verbal commands.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute stroke < 6 month
- •Cognitive deficits
- •Other causes of shoulder pain
- •Any recent trauma or surgery on the hemiplegic shoulder
- •Sensory deficit
