Among patients with colon polyps between 10 mm and 20 mm in size, from the date of approval of IRB at Chonnam National University hospital to September 2021, patients who received colonoscopy modified underwater endoscopic mucosal resection, who agreed to the study
1. Patients who disagree with the study
2. Patients who do not undergo modified underwater endoscopic mucosal resection
3. Under 20 or over 75
4. Patients with the poor general condition [patients with ASA grade (American Society of Anesthesiologists' Physical Status Classification) IV or higher]
5. Patients with an uncontrolled hemorrhagic predisposition
6. Patients with cirrhosis
7. Patients undergoing dialysis
8. Pregnant women
