Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. subjects of 50\-80 years of age
- •2\. subjects with either gender
- •3 subjects who have undergone total knee replacement
- •4\. subjects who are returning home after hospital discharge
- •5\. subjects having smartphones with high speed internet services
- •6\. subjects who have ability to understand and accept the trial procedures and to sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.subjects with sensory or cognitive impairment
- •2\. subjects who had major post operative complications
- •3\. subjects with mental health issues
- •4\. subjects who have undergone lower limb surgeries within 4 months and unable to mobilize independently
- •5\. subjects who underwent revision total knee replacement
- •6\. subjects with hearing and vision loss
- •7\. subjects with any previous neurological conditions like stroke
- •8\. subjects who are unable to use smartphones independently
- •9\. subjects not willing to participate
