Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. subjects of 50\-80 years of age
  • 2\. subjects with either gender
  • 3 subjects who have undergone total knee replacement
  • 4\. subjects who are returning home after hospital discharge
  • 5\. subjects having smartphones with high speed internet services
  • 6\. subjects who have ability to understand and accept the trial procedures and to sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.subjects with sensory or cognitive impairment
  • 2\. subjects who had major post operative complications
  • 3\. subjects with mental health issues
  • 4\. subjects who have undergone lower limb surgeries within 4 months and unable to mobilize independently
  • 5\. subjects who underwent revision total knee replacement
  • 6\. subjects with hearing and vision loss
  • 7\. subjects with any previous neurological conditions like stroke
  • 8\. subjects who are unable to use smartphones independently
  • 9\. subjects not willing to participate
