Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Age more than 18 years.
- •2. Undergoing elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
- •3. Has at least two weeks of wait period before surgery.
- •4. Eligible for prehabilitation as per the treating cardiologist and cardiac surgeon.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. History of previous cardiac surgery.
- •2. Severe musculoskeletal or neurological impairments impeding assessment or therapy.
- •3. Known psychiatric illnesses affecting participation in the program.
- •4. Class 4 angina on the Canadian Cardiac Society scale.
- •5. Unstable arrhythmias (Atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate, ventricular tachycardia with pulse, high degree AV block, uncontrolled sinus tachycardia).
- •6. Decompensated heart failure.
- •7. Severe aortic or mitral stenosis.
- •8. Acute pericarditis or myocarditis.
- •9. Patients having ICD or permanent pacemaker.
- •10. Acute systemic illness or fever.
- •11. Currently participating in another interventional clinical trial.
