1. Age more than 18 years.
2. Undergoing elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
3. Has at least two weeks of wait period before surgery.
4. Eligible for prehabilitation as per the treating cardiologist and cardiac surgeon.
1. History of previous cardiac surgery.
2. Severe musculoskeletal or neurological impairments impeding assessment or therapy.
3. Known psychiatric illnesses affecting participation in the program.
4. Class 4 angina on the Canadian Cardiac Society scale.
5. Unstable arrhythmias (Atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate, ventricular tachycardia with pulse, high degree AV block, uncontrolled sinus tachycardia).
6. Decompensated heart failure.
7. Severe aortic or mitral stenosis.
8. Acute pericarditis or myocarditis.
9. Patients having ICD or permanent pacemaker.
10. Acute systemic illness or fever.
11. Currently participating in another interventional clinical trial.
