1. Admission at one of the participating departments
2. Informed consent
3. Duration of admission at least three days maximally a month

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients younger than 18 years
2. Patients who are emotionally or physically not capable to participate
3. Senile dementia, confusion of the patient
4. Inability to express in Dutch language
