Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elders who are willing to participate
- •Elders who are able to walk for 30 minutes
- •Elders with cognitive decline categorized as mild, moderate and severe
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elders With physical and mental disabilities
- •Elders with mood swings, alzhiemerâ??s disease, mania
- •Elders who are under those medications which suppresses movements
- •Elders with sensory impairment such as visual and hearing impairment
- •Elders who are bed ridden
- •Elders diagnosed with Dementia
- •Elders with history of stroke
