Inclusion Criteria
All children (2 months to 2 years) admitted in pediatric ward with first episode of acute bronchiolitis
Exclusion Criteria
Children with history suggestive of chronic cardiopulmonary disease, immunodeficiency, past history of respiratory disease requiring nebulisation and critical illness
