Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients aged 18\-80 years diagnosed as chronic kidney disease stage 5 on regular hemodialysis through upper limb AV fistula
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients recently started on dialysis (less than three months)
- •Dialysis via alternative access, like hemodialysis catheter / synthetic graft
- •Peritoneal dialysis
- •Acute kidney injury
