入选标准
- •1. Generalised chronic periodontitis with >=20 remaining teeth.
- •2. Probing pocket depth >=5mm
- •3. Radiographic evidence of bone loss and an evident clinical attachment loss.
- •4. Consenting patients who are co-operative and able to come for regular follow up.
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant/lactating women.
- •2. Patients who are on antibiotic therapy in the previous 6 months.
- •3. Patients who have undertaken any periodontal therapy in past 6 months.
- •4. Smoking.
- •5. Alcoholism.
