- •1\) Post choledocho\-intestinal anatomosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, duodenal cancer, peritoneal carcinomatosis, mucin\-producing tumor. 2\) Duodenal or intestinal obstruction. 3\) Biliary infection. 4\) Pregnancy.
