i.All high-risk reproductive-age women who registered under pre-pregnancy care (PPC) service
ii.Malaysians; due to having a similar socio-cultural background as compared to other nationalities.
iii.18 years old and above, who can give their consent
iv.Currently not pregnant
v.Having WhatsApp as the medium of data collection. Google form link will be distributed through this application.
vi.Not using effective contraceptives. Participants who are currently not using the pills, injectables, implants, IUCD, and sterilisation.
vii.The health clinics and participants must also willingly comply with the study until the end.
i.Participants who are illiterate in Malay or English
ii.Involve in other intervention studies
