Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with bilaterally identical impacted third molars
  • •Patients with no systemic diseases i.e. ASA 1
  • •Patients who give their informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with systemic diseases i.e. ASA 2 or greater
  • •Patients with allergic to fentanyl or diclofenac Patients who do not give their informed consent to participate in the study
