Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with bilaterally identical impacted third molars
- •Patients with no systemic diseases i.e. ASA 1
- •Patients who give their informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with systemic diseases i.e. ASA 2 or greater
- •Patients with allergic to fentanyl or diclofenac Patients who do not give their informed consent to participate in the study
