1.Patients requiring surgical extraction of mandibular impacted third molar.
2.Patients willing to participate.
3.Third molars falling under slightly and moderately difficult criteria in KHARMAs scale for difficulty index for removal of third molar.
1.Medically compromised patients.
2.Patients who are allergic to NSAIDs, Amoxicillin and metronidazole.
3.Known mentally challenged patients and patients unable to communicate.
4.Pregnant and lactating women.
5.Patients with a history of smoking.
