•Aortic stenosis cohort:
•Provision of written informed consent
•Known aortic stenosis of any degree
•Must have had a prior baseline minimum standard echocardiogram dataset (BSE) at least 6 months ago
•Outpatient or inpatient
•Acute coronary syndrome:
•Provision of written informed consent
•Inpatient admitted with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) or unstable angina defined by two or more of raised cardiac troponin, ECG changes and/or symptoms as per European Society of Cardiology definitions
•Outpatient if post-discharge without having an IP transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE)
•Include MI with non-obstructive coronary artery (MINOCA)
•Pre- and post-angiography patients will be included
•Patients deemed to have Takotsubo cardiomyopathy will also be included

•Aortic stenosis:
•Unwilling or unable to provide written consent
•Patient with other significant pathology on baseline echo which needs re-assessment (other valve disease, cardiomyopathies, etc)
•Patient with poor echo views
•Adult congenital heart disease (exception of bicuspid aortic valve)
•Acute coronary syndrome cohort:
•Unwilling or unable to provide written consent
•Heart failure as primary diagnosis
•Patients with known at least moderate severity of valve disease
