1.Subjects Who will give written consent.
2.Subjects who are not practicing any form of Yoga or exercise in the past.
3.Subjects who are at High Risk of CVD (Diabetics, Hypertensive, Overweight, Obese, Dyslipidemic)
1.Subjects with previously diagnosed Coronary Artery Disease.
2.Subjects who are already performing a healthy routine physical activity in last three months.
3.Pregnant and nursing mothers.
4.Subjects having severe disabilities like Kyphosis, Scoliosis, Osteoarthritis.
5.Subjects with Mental Illness.
6.Subject with Acute and Chronic Kidney Disease.
