Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Decompensated Alcoholic Cirrhosis with any of the following:
Ascites
Jaundice
Prior Hepatic Encephalopathy
Age more than 18 yrs
Visiting OPD for treatment
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Decompensated Alcoholic Cirrhosis
with Hepatic Encephalopathy/ Refractory Ascites/ Sepsis/ Organ failure or Active variceal bleeding requiring admission.
having CTP more than 12 or/and MELD more than 30
Patients with other types of Cirrhosis
