入选标准

  • Criteria for selection of depression and anxiety groups
  • Not being treated for depression, anxiety disorder within 6 months
  • PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire–9) = 10 or Panic Disorder Severity Scale (PDSS) = 9
  • Normal control selection criteria
  • Does not satisfy the diagnosis of major depression or anxiety disorder on the basis of DSM-5
  • PHQ-9 < 10 and PDSS < 9?•Have to voluntarily state his/her participation in the study and sign a consent form?•Clear from clinically unstable history of internal or surgical disease and no abnormalities in physical and neurological examinations

排除标准

  • Patients with one or more of the following conditions:
  • Patients with past or present symptoms of psychotic disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, delusional disorder, etc.)
  • Patients with bipolar disorder
  • Have degenerative neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea, or dementia
  • Suspected mental retardation
  • Have other medical conditions that require treatment (e.g. Cancer)
  • Have a past or present history of convulsive disease (e.g. epilepsy)
  • Patients suspected of drug addiction or dependence, including alcohol, within the past 6 months
  • Suspected clinically meaningful personality disorder
  • Suspected brain damage
