- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •Main family caregiver for the person with dementia registered at Dementia Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
- •- Those who speak Korean as their mother tongue
- •- Adults over 20 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Those who have difficulty communicating due to cognitive or physical reasons
- •- Care worker who are not family
- •- Those who have difficulty in using VR/MR equipment (HMD) due to vision and hearing problems
- •- Those who participated in VR/MR-based education program production I, II pilot test
- •- Persons with dizziness-related diseases (e.g. Meniere's disease)
- •- Those who have never experienced the behavioral and psychological symptoms of the person with dementia cared for by family caregivers
