Inclusion Criteria

  • •Main family caregiver for the person with dementia registered at Dementia Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
  • •- Those who speak Korean as their mother tongue
  • •- Adults over 20 years old

Exclusion Criteria

  • •- Those who have difficulty communicating due to cognitive or physical reasons
  • •- Care worker who are not family
  • •- Those who have difficulty in using VR/MR equipment (HMD) due to vision and hearing problems
  • •- Those who participated in VR/MR-based education program production I, II pilot test
  • •- Persons with dizziness-related diseases (e.g. Meniere's disease)
  • •- Those who have never experienced the behavioral and psychological symptoms of the person with dementia cared for by family caregivers
