The diagnosis of KOA was in line with the diagnostic criteria of KOA in the Osteoarthritis [15] diagnosis and treatment guidelines recommended by the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Age 45-70 years old, right knee pain or more pain, the course of disease has been more than 6 months; X-ray examination showed Kellgren-Lawrence grade ? or ? within 6 months. VAS score =4 in the past week; Patients who voluntarily provided informed consent were enrolled.
Patients with a history of knee surgery or waiting for knee surgery (knee replacement or knee arthroscopic surgery); Patients with knee pain caused by other diseases or severe acute or chronic organic or psychoneurotic diseases, such as epilepsy, severe anxiety/depression, etc. Patients with coagulopathy (such as hemophilia); Those who received acupuncture, pain relief and other treatments within the past week; Participated in other clinical investigators within the past 3 months; Patients with contraindications to MRI were excluded. All subjects signed written informed consent prior to participation in the study.
