Adult male and female patients with Idiopathic PD stage between 1 and 3 in Hoehn and Yahr scale score, with age group between 40 and 80 years, willing to participate in the study, who understand English and / or Malayalam.
patients having idiopathic PD with visual / hearing impairment, other neurological diseases, cardiac diseases and joint problems affecting mobility, severe dyskinesias ( Unified dyskinesia Rating Scale Score 2 or less), dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating Scale Score >1), severe depression
