Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 6 and 12 years of age who are posted for elective surgery.
ASA PS 1 and 2
Age appropriate academic performance
Children who can read and write (as confirmed by parents)in one of the three languages namely Kannada,English or Malayalam
Exclusion Criteria
Children with psychomotor deficits
Children on psychoactive drugs
Children with hearing and visual impairment or development delay
History of previous surgery
Children who cannot read and write English or Kannada or Malayalam
