Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18 years with gout (defined by the ACR/EULAR criteria OR Rome criteria) who meet criteria for ULT
2. Serum UA > 6 mg/dL
3. Poor ULT adherence (defined as MTB-T questionnaire < 24)
4. Own an active smartphone that operates with iOS or Android operating systems
5. Have sufficient Thai language skills
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals with dementia
2. Individuals with psychiatric disorder
3. Individuals with visual, auditory or neurological disorder which interfere with smartphone use
4. Individuals who cannot complete the questionnaires
