Inclusion Criteria

Spleen qi deficiency

Patient diagnosed with Hypothyroidism

With Spleen Qi deficiency

Fatigue and weakness

Cold intolerance

constipation

Kidney yang deficiency

Dry skin

irregular menstruation

Exclusion Criteria

Patient with spleen deficiency under grade

III obesity

Severe Hypertension

Bleeding disorders

Pregnant women

Other endocrinal disorders

Thyroid Profile will be done for hormones T3, T4, TSH.Timepoint: Thyroid Profile will be done at baseline before the intervention and at the end of three months.
