入选标准
- •Cases: All the patients above the age of 18yrs of age attending the dialysis unit with clinically and biochemically proven ESRD.
- •Controls: Hospital based matched controls will be selected from the pool of patients undergoing dialysis for CKD. They will be matched for Age, Gender and NCDs (Diabetes, Hypertension) and its duration.
排除标准
- •Cases: Cases with history of heavy metal poisoning from occupational sources will be excluded.
- •Controls: Patients with ESRD will be excluded.
